Empowered Educators Create Impact.
I support school boards and unions in building educator wellness systems that strengthen staff resilience, reduce absenteeism, and improve student achievement.
Nothing changes,
unless we change something.

THE TIME IS NOW
Keynotes, Workshops & Consulting
Lyne Frank’s work is research-informed and shaped by decades in education. While her specialty is educator wellness, the systems and strategies she designs support professionals across female-dominated fields such as education, healthcare, HR, and personal care.
She creates practical structures and delivers impactful professional development that empowers staff to reflect, reset, and take ownership of their well-being. When clear systems and supportive practices are in place, absenteeism decreases, productivity improves, and student outcomes strengthen.
Having worked with thousands of employees across 15 school boards and 4 union groups, Lyne understands burnout and how to build sustainable systems that help people reconnect with purpose, strengthen relationships within the educational eco-system and help students thrive at school.
Lyne is the only educator traveling nationally to deliver educator wellness workshops, keynotes and professional development sessions.
CONSULTING
Helping School Boards Prioritize Educators to Ensure Student Success
Lyne partners with school boards to create sustainable educator wellness systems that reduce absenteeism, improve staff morale, and increase student success.
With over 23 years of classroom experience, a Master of Education, and certification as a life coach, Lyne combines educational leadership expertise with proven wellness frameworks. She has partnered with more than 15 school boards and four union groups, delivering customized professional development, keynotes, and consultations designed for real-world school systems.
Lyne’s process often begins with a Wellness Systems Assessment to identify barriers, uncover opportunities, and recommend strategic improvements that support staff well-being, reduce sick-leave costs, and move resources back into classrooms for student success. Her work helps boards implement sustainable, system-level wellness strategies that go beyond checklists and create long-term impact for educators and student success.

LOST & FOUND: The roadmap back to yourself
The keynote, the book club & the online course
Best Selling Book
Feeling lost isn’t a failure, it’s a signal. And it’s one most women know all too well. We’re stretched thin by expectations, buried under “shoulds,” and conditioned to put everyone else first. The result? Exhaustion, confusion, and a quiet sense that somewhere along the way, we lost ourselves.
Lost & Found was born from my own midlife awakening, a journey that taught me what happens when women finally stop abandoning themselves, unlearn their social conditioning and start listening to their inner truth.
Through powerful stories, practical tools, and soul-shifting “intentional interruptions,” the Lost & Found Series helps women reconnect with who they are and what they truly want.
Whether through the keynote, the book club, or the online course, the experience is the same: Clarity. Confidence. A return to your authentic self.
