Empowered Educators Create Impact.
I support school boards and unions in building educator-wellness systems that strengthen staff resilience, reduce absenteeism, and improve student achievement.
Nothing changes,
unless you change something.

IT’S ALL POSSIBLE
Keynotes, Workshops & Consulting
Lyne’s work is grounded in research and shaped by her career in education. While her niche is educator wellness, the systems, practices, and strategies she offer are applicable in any profession, especially those in female-dominated fields like education, healthcare, human resources and personal care.
Lyne creates systems and facilitates professional development that empowers staff to actively learn, reflect and take ownership of their well-being. She believes when clear structures, supportive practices and relevant workshops are put in place, absenteeism decreases and student success rises.
She has worked with thousands of employees, most across 15 school boards and 4 union groups often serving as a bridge between employer and employee. She knows the barriers, the burnout and how to create systems that help people reconnect with their personal and professional goals. Productivity rises. Relationships deepen.

CONSULTING
Helping School Boards Prioritize Educators to Build Thriving Learning Communities
As an Educator Wellness Consultant, Lyne works with school boards to develop practical, research-informed strategies that prioritize the well-being of teachers and educational support staff with the ultimate goal of improving student success.
With over 23 years of classroom experience, a Master of Education, and certification as a life coach, Lyne brings both lived expertise and proven wellness frameworks to her work. She has partnered with educators across more than 15 school boards and four union groups, delivering customized workshops, keynotes and consultations that reduce absenteeism, improve morale, and create thriving school cultures.
Lyne begins supporting school boards by completing comprehensive wellness audits, helping them identify which systems are supporting staff wellness and where gaps are quietly eroding morale, consistency, and student success. Through keynotes, professional development sessions, and strategic consulting, she helps school boards move beyond checklists to create lasting, systemic change in educator wellness and improve student success.
Why this matters to your board:
Improved student success
Lower absenteeism and sick‑leave costs
More stable classrooms and teacher consistency
Boost staff morale, retention, and school culture
Sustainable, system‑level changes rather than one-off professional development
Workshops
To meet the needs of your organization each workshop can be customized into a keynote.

LOST & FOUND: The roadmap back to yourself
The keynote, the book club & the online course

Feeling lost isn’t a failure, it’s a signal. And it’s one most women know all too well. We’re stretched thin by expectations, buried under “shoulds,” and conditioned to put everyone else first. The result? Exhaustion, confusion, and a quiet sense that somewhere along the way, we lost ourselves.
Lost & Found was born from my own midlife awakening, a journey that taught me what happens when women finally stop abandoning themselves, unlearn their social conditioning and start listening to their inner truth.
Through powerful stories, practical tools, and soul-shifting “intentional interruptions,” the Lost & Found Series helps women reconnect with who they are and what they truly want.
Whether through the keynote, the book club, or the online course, the experience is the same: Clarity. Confidence. A return to your authentic self.
